Not everyone is used to being indoors. A lot of people stay indoors alone and the porn viewership keep rising. It’s just that we don’t know to use our time. As much as there is a pandemic, time is moving and time is money honey.

There is a lot one can do during this time, that is if you are not one of those essential guys.

  1. Indulge in business to be part of the essentials needed (medical supplies, food transport, Farming, Cargo transport etc.) There is a lot one can do, you just have done the Gap and be creative.
  2. Read. There is a lot of materials to read. Find that book u bought but never read. Find other books to read. If an academia read papers and discuss a research question surrounding your research interests or COViD-19 whose data is more accessible at the moment. It can be even a religious book.
  3. Write articles or a book. will hear a lot of conversations starting with ‘ I read on an article…’ You want that article to be urs with correct information to help on curbing the mis-information going around. Writing a book is a good way of writing down the things you have learnt so far in your life. There is so much knowledge that we gather that remains all stuck up in our heads. All this can be done using a word document, WordPress, medium, blogger and anything else that is easy to use.
  4. Learn a language; python, Java, PHP, Chinese, Japanese, Swahili etc. Choose to be good at least with one of these language. It’s something you will need in whatever career you are in at the moment.
  5. Educational videos. It can be DIY videos crotechting, woodwork, painting etc. It can for online courses that most have been made free during this corona virus pandemic. One can also audit a course and get the skills. Try a new recipe🤷
  6. Travel. You don’t have to go somewhere physically to travel. There are documentary videos and travel vlogs that will help you learn about a culture and places all over the world.
  7. Add urs…

Before you indulge I something in social media or movies, ask yourself, “How will this help me grow?”

Don’t forget healthy food, eat in portions if not active, exercise, play chess or sth to keep your mind engaged for your break.
